Accu-Treatment (Insurance receipt for massage available!)
This is a private session that can combine any of the following modalities: Thai yoga massage, Thai reflexology, cranio-sacral therapy, and myofascial release therapy. Sometimes I also introduce you to simple yoga asanas/movements to be practiced at home (almost like homework for you to keep your body mobile and comfortable). It's especially effective if you have chronic or temporary tightness in the body, restrictions of movement(s), or injuries in the past that need extra care and attention.
Not everyone needs or prefers this sort of fully hands-on service/treatment, but I'm thrilled to invite many of you to try it and see how it can be beneficial for you. The session is done fully clothed, but please bring a pair of shorts and a tank top, just in case you need to change into something with a little less coverage, depending on your problem areas and the kind of treatments you will need.
If you have chronic tension and discomfort, it would be most effective to commit to a weekly or a bi-weekly session for a few months to observe the improvement.

The difference between Accu-Treatment & Thai Yoga Massage
Although the two methods are similar, you might want to think of them in this way: Thai yoga massage covers more general, larger areas of the body and I introduce fluid, rhythmical movements to the limbs, whereas Accu-Treatment is much more targeted (ACCUrate), as I work deeper and slower in the areas that need to be worked and softened. For example, let's say you have tightness in the shoulders and upper back. In the Thai yoga massage treatment I will still address that tightness on and off for about 30% of the given session. In the Accu-Treatment, I will spend as much as 80% of the session time to release that particular tension. If you have a particular, especially ACUte complaint in your body, probably Accu-Treatment is a better approach. If, however, you have overall tightness and/or heaviness in several areas of the body, Thai yoga massage would be a better choice for you. If you have any other questions, contact me and I will be happy to give you more details of my different methods.
