Group Class Schedule (Currently ONLINE via ZOOM)
Please contact Shizu by at least 3 hours before the class to ensure your space. Monday: 6pm - 7pm Slow Flow (This class integrates a balanced combination of asanas (postures) and light, fluid movements. It is suitable for anyone and everyone who likes to stretch the body and connect with the breath). No open group classes from Tuesday through Friday - please contact me for private or pre-registered* sessions Saturday: 9:30am - 10:30am Rise & Align This is a morning class designed to align and energize the body to get ready for the day! Always incorporating lots of stretches and some variations of light sun salutations, this class is perfect for those who wish to start the weekend with a sunny smile!) *Pre-registered sessions refer to small-group sessions that you put together for you and your friends at your convenient time. These sessions usually last for about 3 months, then you can renew the membership if you like. The minimum number of participants for this to happen is 2.
